Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. About these terms
Dinkday is a service that helps pickleball clubs plan, publish and run tournaments. By creating a club account, registering for a tournament or using a Dinkday page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who does what
Dinkday provides the software. The club or person who creates a tournament (the organizer) runs it. The organizer decides the rules, divisions, schedule, entry fees and who may play, and is responsible for how the tournament is run.
3. Organizer accounts
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for everything done under your club account, including the umpire PINs you hand out.
- You must have the right to publish the names, logos and other content you add to a tournament.
4. Players and registration
- When you register, the organizer receives the details you submit, including your name, contact details and any payment screenshot.
- Your name and your results appear on the tournament's public schedule, brackets and results pages.
- If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on their behalf.
5. Entry fees and payments
Entry fees are paid directly by players to the organizer, using the methods the organizer lists. Dinkday does not collect, hold or refund entry fees, and is not a party to the payment between a player and an organizer. Refunds and disputes are for the organizer and player to settle.
6. Fees for using Dinkday
Organizers may be charged a fee for using Dinkday. The price is shown before you pay, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass others, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to upload fake payment proof, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Dinkday permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the service, including showing it on the tournament's public pages.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Organizers should keep their own copy of important information, such as the schedule and player list, and have a plan if the internet is not available at the venue.
10. Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Dinkday is provided as is, and we are not responsible for losses that come from tournament decisions, scheduling results, lost connectivity, disputes between organizers and players, or injuries at an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using Dinkday at any time and ask us to delete your club's data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
